Important Notice to All Members!

10th Tee Bar Tabs

WHEN YOU CREATE A BAR TAB AT THE 10^TH HOLE IT SHOULD BE PAID UP IMMEDIATELY ON RETURN TO THE CLUBHOUSE. CHASING MEMBERS TO SETTLE OUTSTANDING TABS CAUSES PROBLEMS FOR THE BAR STAFF.

 AS FROM 1^ST JANUARY 2009 ANY 10^TH HOLE BAR TAB WHICH HAS NOT BEEN PAID BY THE END OF THE DAY WILL BE GIVEN TO THE OFFICE ON THE MONDAY MORNING AND THE MONEY WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE MEMBERS CARD.

 CARDS CANNOT BE OVERDRAWN FOR BAR PURCHASES SO IT MAY STILL REQUIRE SOME MEMBERS TO BE  CONTACTED TO SETTLE THEIR TAB, BUT THIS SHOULD ALLEVIATE THE MAJORITY OF PROBLEMS WHEN MEMBERS FORGET TO SETTLE THEIR TAB.
